Liz is an executive coach and formerly employed by super-brands such as Lego, Google and Pearson. In January 2023 she turned 50 and decided to change her life. She’s now dedicated to living with joy, time, travel and much less stress.

Stanley is a 3 and a bit year old Sealyham terrier born in Wales.

He loves to travel. He behaves impeccably in all social situations but does very much enjoy his food. So please no sly snacking. He’s most looking forward to hanging out in Italy and meeting the locals. Friendly to a fault he always shows up with a smile!
